Gaga’s new fan base may just be Little Aliens. Like real ones. The eccentric pop star has out-WTF’d herself again as she is now scheduled to be the first ever recording artist to perform in outer space.
The event will take place in early 2015 at the high tech music festival Zero G Colony. The festival itself is set to take place at Spaceport America in New Mexico, Earth, and promises to be a futuristic A-list event. So perhaps a Tupac/Elvis Presley hologram duet? But I digress.
At dawn on the final day of the three day festival, Gaga’s “out of this world” performance will be beamed down to New Mexico. Gaga will be performing in the most normal outfit she’s ever worn onstage, a spacesuit. Just kidding – I can’t wait to see how she Gagaifies that spacesuit!
Gaga seems to be pumped about the mission, tweeting #GagainSpace2015.
According to A M mdeia, she will be doing a whole month of vocal training just to perform one song, because of the change of atmosphere. And how is she going to get there? Richard Branson’s Virgin Galactic ship, obviously.
