Victoria and David have reportedly just splashed out on a £40million house and are said to be spending another £5million on renovations. The Sun reports that the four-storey mansion will include a hair salon for Posh and two rooms to house her shoe collection.

The couple have already installed a sound system so that music can be played in every room in the West London pad using a phone or computer and they are planning on adding specially designed waterproof plasma TV's in every bathroom.
Brooklyn, 14, Romeo, 11, Cruz, eight and daughter Harper, two, will take over the second floor of the house which has three bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms.

The lower ground includes a study, a gym and massage room, three service rooms and a small garden and there is an underground garage where David can keep his fleet of cars.

David and Victoria have reportedly sold their Hertfordshire home, known as Beckingham Palace for £12 million.

According to the Sun On Sunday, the Beckhams decision to sell up was down to 'the beginning of a new era for the family.
