Paris Saint-Germain are weighing up a £41.5million bid for Chelsea's Brazilian star Oscar ahead of the World Cup this summer.The French champions, who would almost certainly face strong competition for Oscar's signature should Chelsea decide to sell, will make a decision on whether to bid before the end of the season. A fee in excess of £40million would represent good business for Chelsea, who bought the 22-year-old from Brazilian club Internacional for £25million in July 2012.
