The married 55-year-old firm director, Darren Scott, offered Anna Mazover, 29, and Diana Nicholl-Pierson, 24, to have sex with him and promised to promote them if the women agree.
Entico Corporation Ltd is a publishing company in central London that specialises in delivering publications and online content for the environmental and development sector, where Mr Scott worked as a President of International Business Development.
The women claim that almost immediately Mr Scott began making sexual references, including comments about their breasts.
Once the female colleagues were at an office leaving party when Mr Scott asked them to have sex with him at his luxurious penthouse.
He said that it would be nice if they go back together to his penthouse and have a threesome whereupon they both would prosper within the company and get promoted.
The man also have bragged about hiring prostitutes, taking cocaine and visiting his cousin's lap dancing bar.
According to women, the boss also showed them images of scantily clad girls from an escorts website on his work computer.
On one occasion Mr Scott complained about having sex with brainless strippers, saying that he is tired to wake up in the morning and there is nothing to talk about.
Mr Scott repeatedly begged women to be his girlfriends or lovers.
Finally one of the women reported Mr Scott to police after he allegedly sexually assaulted her by touching her bottom and thighs.
The women complained and Mr Scott tried to get them to withdraw their allegations before sacking them.
The pair are seeking damages of more than $166,000 in an unfair dismissal claim on the grounds of sexual harassment.
Mr Scott denies all the allegations and says the women have taken action only for financial gain.
