Easter is a family holiday but not everyone spends it with relatives. Some of Nigerian celebrities have to work during this day but others still support the tradition of spending Easter with friends and family.

Waje spends Easter with her band working but according to her post on Instagram she is happy to do it. “Another day to do wat I do best. #happyeaster,” she wrote.

Actress Mercy Aigbe spends Easter with her kids and her Besto. “Happy Easter peeps from mummy J and J! We love y’all,” she wrote on her Instagram page.

Stella Damasus started her Easter day with family lunch where she ordered fried calamari and ice tea. “Jesus already won the battle for you and I despite our faults and weaknesses. He is simply amazing. Forever he is reason,” Stella wrote.

Singer and actress Tonto Dikeh also congratulated everyone with Easter and posted red rose saying “Happy Easter sweeriez* #Rose4dKing #HappyDay.”

Yvonne Nelson spends Easter in a luxury hotel room in Lagos with her sister. Yvonne put her right hand over belly to hide how much she ate the Eba (Gari) and egusi. “The Eba(Gari) and egusi I ate b4 taking this picture is bigger than my head….. That’s why you see my hand there….with style,” Yvonne confessed.
