As if egomaniac Kanye West needed any more convincing that he is the next Messiah, his face has mysteriously appeared on a woman's knee.

Now, we know what you're thinking, "You've lost it. If you squint hard enough, you can definitely make out Yeezy's mug on her right knee. The snap has gone viral on sites such as Reddit, but it is unknown where it came from or indeed who the lady blessed with such a thing on her body is.
