Kanye West banned his baby mama Kim Kardashian from having cosmetic surgery.

just a few days ago Kim Kardashian shocked the world by posing a picture of herself wearing a revealing white swimsuit on her Instagram.

Now it seems Kanye is fine with Kim posing for millions of onlookers, but not okay with cosmetic surgery.

Kanye West has reportedly banned Kim Kardashian from having cosmetic surgery to enhance her looks as he doesn't want to lose her due to complications, like he did his mother Donda in 2007.

The 36-year-old rapper has reportedly forbidden his girlfriend - who gave birth to the couple's first child, daughter North, in June - from going under the knife to enhance her looks after his mother Donda West died following complications from a similar procedure.

A source told RadarOnline.com: "Kim was certain that she wanted to have surgery after giving birth because she wanted a head start on losing her baby weight.
"Kanye told Kim in no uncertain terms that she needed to put her baby and her life first. He got pretty emotional because he really didn't want her going through that kind of major surgery. He's still traumatised from his mum's death."

Donda died in 2007 at the age of just 58 after suffering "multiple post-operative factors" following liposuction and breast-reduction surgery.
The source explained: "Kanye was devastated by her passing and it's made him extremely protective of those he loves. He really put his foot down and told Kim the surgery ban is a condition of being with him."

Meanwhile, 32-year-old Kim - who has admitted to having Botox in the past - has been following a gruelling exercise regime and has been following the Atkins Diet in a bid to regain her pre-baby figure.
Kim Kardashian's secret  face lift?
Kim Kardashian keeps her skin glowing by regularly getting her face "facuumed" and undergoing mushroom facials.
The 32-year-old reality TV star - who has four-month-old daughter North with partner Kanye West - undergoes a regular procedure to keep her skin glowing, and the process is aided by special mushroom facials.

A source said: "Kim has been getting her face vacuumed once a week. The treatment uses a supersonic suction device that draws out blackheads, dead cells and impurities and hydrates dry skin by improving the blood flow and the lymphatic system. She also loves Japanese mushroom facial peels using reishi mushrooms for making her skin more elastic."

However, one expert believes the fresh-faced look Kim showed off last month could be down to more than just good skin care.
Dermatologist Dr. Michael Prager told Britain's Grazia magazine: "I think Kim has possibly had a 'mummy makeover' which would explain why she hasn't been seen that often since giving birth in June.

"Kim's forehead looks a little lifted, which could mean she's had a slight lift there. I suspect she's had Botox too.
"It appears she has had filler around her cheekbones to smooth out her cheeks and make them more lifted and slightly wider. I think also she's had filler injected into her nose and mouth lines.
